Coffee Rituals BV, 70835799, the Netherlands ships the products from its facilities in the Netherlands. Before shipping of the products, we employ an extensive quality check procedure. However, in case a shipment was sent to you not in accordance with your offer, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
In the above cases, you are free to choose whether you would like to return all products that you have received or keep the shipment as it is. However, Coffee Rituals BV will accept back only products that are unopened individual packages that are in a-as-new standing.The return transpiration cost will be for the customer.
Should the products are in the required conditions, the customer will receive back full refund of the paid price for the purchased goods, i.e. without the expenses made towards third parties, such as money processing or transportation fees.
